The shed as a unit typology allows for the people who occupy it to generate their own program. As an open and flexible structure, it establishes an ecosystem over time, shaped by collective use rather than predetermined function.
Shed 7 builds on this idea through a large tensile roof system that creates an unobstructed floor plan. Nested in the eastern portion of the site with a centralized market, the structure encourages guided circulation without strictly dictating movement. Acting as a continuation of the eastern market, the triangular form extends from Shed 6 drawing visitors inwards. The less developed surrounding areas are designated for delivery and service access, maintaining clear and uninterrupted pedestrian circulation.
